His electric artworks, with their pop colors and multifaceted style, have traveled around the world.
Today, Richard Orlinski joins Grévin, alongside all the game changers who have left their mark on their era.
Richard Orlinski began his career in 2004 with a bright red crocodile sculpture he named Born Wild. He quickly developed new sculptures, often animals, all symbols of freedom, power, and passion. Over the years, exhibiting his spectacular large-scale artworks in the open air has become his trademark.
“Often, people don't dare to walk into a gallery or museum, so I make sure the museum comes to them!”
Driven by a desire to democratize art, he redefined the rules of the game and pushed boundaries. In 2021, he was named Officer of Arts and Letters by the Ministry of Culture, recognizing his artistic career and international influence.
Today, Richard Orlinski is:
- 💪 The world's best-selling contemporary French artist since 2015
- 👨🎨 5 workshops in France & more than 200 craftspeople
- 🐊 4 Orlinski galleries in Paris, St Tropez, Riyadh, and Mykonos
- 🌎 Representation in over 200 multi-artist galleries worldwide
- 🤝 Prestigious collaborations with major brands such as Puma, Lancôme, Disneyland Paris, Porsche...

Sculpting a sculptor was an exciting challenge for our artisans!
It took a dozen artists and more than six months of work to create a figure of striking realism. Richard Orlinski opted for a relaxed pose and outfit, representative of his everyday style.
Accompanied by his popular Wild Kong, his wax double awaits you in Grévin's most beautiful setting: the Hall of Columns.
Richard Orlinski and his Wild Kong are waiting for you right now, alongside DJ Snake, Beyoncé, and Leonardo DiCaprio!
