The purchase of a Pass (hereinafter referred to as “Annual Pass”) to gain access to Musée Grévin implies the unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions of Use by the holder (hereinafter the “Holder”) of the Annual Pass. The Annual Pass is personal and non-transferable, and is valid for one person (adult or child).

ARTICLE 1. ANNUAL PASS BENEFITS

1.1 GAINING ACCESS TO MUSÉE GRÉVIN

To gain access to Musée Grévin, the Holder must show their Annual Pass to a member of staff at the ticket office of Musée Grévin (the operating company of Musée Grévin). Each Holder must show a digital format of their Annual Pass, displaying their name and a valid, undamaged photograph. The digital Annual Pass may be printed or displayed on the Holder’s smartphone. If the digital Annual Pass is printed, it must be presented in full and is only valid if printed on a sheet of paper that is blank on both sides. The Holder’s entry cannot be validated by showing the barcode alone.

The Holder is solely responsible for the use of their Annual Pass and for keeping it safe.

Access to Musée Grévin is only granted to a Holder whose Annual Pass meets all these conditions, otherwise they will have to purchase a standard entrance ticket valid on the date of the visit.

The Annual Pass grants access to Musée Grévin once a day, every day of the year following its purchase, during public opening hours, as published on Musée Grévin’s website at the following address:

https://www.grevin-paris.com/en/prepare-your-visit, and subject to Musée Grévin’s capacity. The Annual Pass does not grant access to Musée Grévin during private events, special events or when Musée Grévin is closed.

The Annual Pass alone does not grant priority access to Musée Grévin: The Holder’s access to Musée Grévin or to some of its facilities is not guaranteed,

if the maximum number of visitors for the day has been reached, or for reasons beyond its control, justifying the total or partial closure of Musée Grévin (including threats to the safety or health of visitors, maintenance, or decisions by the relevant public authorities, among others).

1.2. OTHER BENEFITS

An Annual Pass, whose benefits are featured on Musée Grévin’s website in the Annual Pass product description, is available to adults and children. These benefits may be reviewed annually by Musée Grévin.

By using the benefits associated with their Annual Pass, the Holder undertakes to comply with all conditions applicable to each benefit granted by Musée Grévin, including its rules and regulations.

If the Holder has not used all the benefits provided by their Annual Pass during its period of validity, as set out in Article 4 below, the benefits will be forfeited: they are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be carried over to the following year.

ARTICLE 2. VERIFICATIONS AT MUSÉE GRÉVIN

The Holder must have their Annual Pass available upon arrival at Musée Grévin and throughout their visit. Musée Grévin reserves the right to ask the Holder to produce their Annual Pass at any time.

If the Annual Pass is forgotten or not produced during a verification, the Holder concerned must either purchase an entrance ticket to the Museum or leave the premises immediately. Musée Grévin will not be held liable for this, and no compensation or damages will be paid to the Holder. Even if the Holder subsequently produces a valid Annual Pass, they will not be entitled to a refund, even partial, of their Annual Pass or any entrance ticket purchased.  Likewise, purchasing an Annual Pass without using it for the full period of its validity does not entitle the Holder to a refund.

ARTICLE 3. COMPLIANCE WITH MUSÉE GRÉVIN’S RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Holder of the Annual Pass must comply with Musée Grévin’s rules and regulations, which are displayed at Musée Grévin’s customer service desk and ticket office. If the Holder does not comply with Musée Grévin’s rules and regulations, the latter reserves the right to remove the Annual Pass Holder from its premises. Musée Grévin will not be held liable for this and no compensation or damages will be paid to the Annual Pass Holder, nor will they be entitled to a refund, even partial, of their Annual Pass.

ARTICLE 4. VALIDITY OF THE ANNUAL PASS

An Annual Pass is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be featured on the digital Annual Pass. The Pass will be deactivated the day after its expiry date.

ARTICLE 5. LOSS OR THEFT OF THE ANNUAL PASS

In the event of loss or theft of their Annual Pass, the Holder undertakes to inform Musée Grévin immediately by any appropriate means.

In the event of theft of the digital Annual Pass, Musée Grévin will deactivate the Annual Pass upon receiving notification from the Holder, following verification of any information that Musée Grévin may request from the Holder in this regard.

A Holder may request a replacement Annual Pass at the ticket office, at the entrance to Musée Grévin, or by sending a written request by post to the following address: Musée Grévin, Contact Centre, 25, Route du Mesnil – 78990 Elancourt, France, or via the Seller’s Website (in the “Contact” section).

A new Annual Pass will be sent to the Holder as soon as possible in digital format, by email to the address provided when the Annual Pass was purchased, or to their new address if they have specified this in their request.

The Holder will not be entitled to a refund, even partial, for entrance ticket(s) purchased to visit

Musée Grévin between the loss or theft of their Annual Pass and the receipt and activation of a replacement Annual Pass.

ARTICLE 6. ANNUAL PASS TECHNICAL ISSUES

If technical issues with the Annual Pass, detected by the equipment at the Museum’s customer service desk, make it unreadable during a visit to Musée Grévin, the Holder may be issued with a replacement Annual Pass free of charge, subject to verification of the Holder’s details. A request for a replacement Annual Pass must be made at the ticket office at the Museum entrance. A replacement Annual Pass will be issued to the Holder immediately. The defective Annual Pass will then be deactivated

ARTICLE 7. NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF THE ANNUAL PASS

As the Annual Pass is issued in the Holder’s name, it may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether for a fee or free of charge, permanently or temporarily. Consequently, none of the benefits provided by this Annual Pass may be transferred to a third party, whether for a fee or free of charge, permanently or temporarily, during the period of validity of the Annual Pass. Any breach of the provisions set out herein will result in the cancellation of the Annual Pass. No refund or compensation will be paid to the Holder as a result of such cancellation.

ARTICLE 8. DEACTIVATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF THE ANNUAL PASS

Musée Grévin reserves the right to deactivate or withdraw an Annual Pass from its holder at any time:

If the Annual Pass was obtained by providing a false identity or presenting forged documents. Musée Grévin reserves the right to refer the matter to any judicial authority to enforce its rights in respect of such breaches;

If the Annual Pass is used by a person other than the Holder named on the Annual Pass. Musée Grévin reserves the right to refer the matter to any judicial authority to enforce its rights in respect of such breaches;

If the Annual Pass Holder breaches Musée Grévin’s rules and regulations or engages in conduct that violates public order or decency;

If the Annual Pass Holder fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

In the event of the Annual Pass being deactivated or withdrawn in the situations mentioned above, Musée Grévin will not be held liable for this, and no compensation or damages will be paid to the Holder. nor will they be entitled to a refund, even partial, of their Annual Pass.
