The world’s most-starred chef is entering the Parisian Hall of Fame!
Born into a family of bistro owners, Yannick Alléno developed a passion for cooking at a very early age and trained at several leading Parisian establishments before making a name for himself amongst the French gastronomic elite. His career took a decisive turn when he took over the helm at the restaurant at the Hôtel du Meurice, where he was awarded a third Michelin star in 2007, before taking over the legendary Pavillon Ledoyen on the Champs-Élysées in Paris a few years later, which went on to become the most highly starred independent restaurant in the world.
Renowned for bringing sauces back to the centre of the plate and for his innovative approach to French cuisine, he has developed a unique culinary signature that combines gastronomic heritage with contemporary techniques.
