Will the One Piece souvenir card be distributed tomorrow, Sunday June 28?

No, the card will not be distributed tomorrow. Card distribution has been stopped for the time being. New distribution arrangements will be announced in the coming days.

 

I would like to get a One Piece souvenir card. What should I do?

Card distribution has been stopped for the time being. New distribution terms will be announced in the coming days. These new terms will include the distribution of more cards than initially planned, in order to satisfy more fans and visitors.

 

Is the museum open on Sunday, June 28?

Yes, the Museum will be open tomorrow during its usual opening hours. Please note that the card will not be distributed tomorrow. Distribution of the card has now been stopped. New distribution terms will be announced in the coming days.

 

I was unable to visit, and I want to reschedule my visit or get a refund. what should I do?

1. I have an unused dated ticket valid for a visit between June 26 and July 3, 2026 (date shown on the ticket):

Reschedule my visit:
If you hold an unused dated ticket for a visit between June 26 and July 3, 2026 (as indicated on your ticket), you may reschedule your visit between July 6 and September 30, 2026 inclusive, free of charge and without any specific procedure. To do so, simply present your ticket at the entrance to access Grévin.

Request a refund:
If you purchased your dated ticket for a visit between June 26 and July 3, 2026 ((as indicated on your ticket), on www.grevin-paris.com and did not use it, you can obtain a refund within 15 days by sending your request to billeterie.grevin@grevin.com and attaching your ticket(s).

If you purchased a dated ticket for a visit between June 26 and July 3, 2026, as indicated on the ticket, through one of our partners (CSE, France Billet, GetYourGuide, Headout, Tickets, Klook, etc.), please contact the platform directly to obtain a refund.

 

2. I have an unused undated ticket:

You can reschedule your visit to another date within the validity period indicated on the ticket. If the validity period indicated on the ticket ends before July 31, 2026, an extension until September 30, 2026 will be applied, free of charge and with no specific procedure required. To benefit from this, simply present your ticket at the entrance to access Grévin.
