AN OUTSTANDING CAREER
Born in Paris in 1986, William Grigahcine, a.k.a. DJ Snake, grew up in the suburbs of Paris, immersed in urban culture and music. He started DJing at age 14 and began producing music at 19. His talent quickly got noticed, and in 2011, he worked on Lady Gaga’s album Born This Way.
But everything changed in 2014 with the explosive success of Turn Down for What, his collaboration with Lil Jon. The track became a global anthem, certified gold and platinum. DJ Snake followed up with Lean On, a collaboration with Major Lazer that quickly took him to the top of international charts.
Far from stopping there, he continued to deliver global hits such as Let Me Love You (feat. Justin Bieber), Taki Taki (feat. Selena Gomez, Ozuna, Cardi B), Loco Contigo, and Magenta Riddim. He’s played sold-out tours, headlined the world’s biggest festivals, and created his own brand: Pardon My French, a tribute to his artistic identity and French roots.

It took six months of work to create DJ Snake’s wax figure. During a visit to Paris, the artist stopped by the studios, curious and excited to take part in the process.
Of course, a DJ Snake figure wouldn't be complete without his signature sunglasses and perfectly styled hair! Styling his wax figure was a real challenge for the workshop teams: it’s the first time a Grévin figure has such short hair! To perfectly recreate his haircut, each strand was carefully implanted into the wax, then shaved by his personal barber using real clippers. And as tradition goes, DJ Snake dressed his wax double himself.
