Yes, online tickets do not exempt you from having to wait outside if there is a queue; they don’t entitle you to skip the line. Please note that exceptionally, during very busy periods, particularly during the holidays, the waiting time may be longer at the security checkpoint leading to the museum entrance hall, where your tickets will be scanned by our ticket agents.
