1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You hereby grant MUSEE GREVIN, a public limited company registered under French law, with a share capital of  4 603 326,10 euros with its registered office at sis 10, Boulevard Montmartre - 75009 Paris,registered with the Nivelles Trade and Companies Register under number  552 067 811, owner and operator of the "GREVIN PARIS" Museum, a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, free and worldwide licence to reproduce, represent, exploit and broadcast your Post on the social networks where GREVIN PARIS  is present (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Youtube, LinkedIn, Threads), the social wall of https://www.grevin-paris.com/en website, as well as on the GREVIN PARIS’s digital screens (the " Media "). You authorise MUSEE GREVIN to add to your Post a comment of its choice relating to GREVIN PARIS when your Post is broadcast on the Media.

Except for those rights expressly granted to MUSEE GREVIN herein, you retain all rights on your Post. You are solely responsible for the content of your Post. You may interrupt the publication of your Post on the Media at any time by proceeding as follows: 

1. To delete your Post from GREVIN PARIS’s social networks or from the park’s digital screens, you must send your request for deletion of the Post to the following address: community.management@compagniedesalpes.fr This deletion request results in the removal of your Post from the GREVIN PARIS’s social networks and the park’s digital screens. The Post will nevertheless remain visible on the social wall on https://www.grevin-paris.com/en website unless you have deleted your Post from your Instagram/Threads/X/Facebook Tik Tok profile (see b) below).

2. To delete your Post from the social wall published on the https://www.grevin-paris.com/enwebsite, you must delete your Post from your Instagram/Threads/X/Facebook/ Tik Tok profile. This deletion will automatically remove your Post from the social wall displayed on the https://www.grevin-paris.com/enwebsite. Your Post will nevertheless remain visible on GREVIN PARIS’s social networks and the park’s digital screens, unless you send a deletion request of your Post in accordance with the procedure described in point a) above.

You declare and guarantee, without any reservation whatsoever, that (1) you are the sole author of the Post and, in this capacity, you have full, complete and exclusive ownership and enjoyment of all intellectual property rights, copyright and right to exploit and to use, as defined by the relevant legislation, attached to the Post and its content, (2) your Post is an original work within the meaning of copyright, (3) you have acquired from the third parties concerned all the intellectual property rights (copyright, neighbouring rights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, etc.), personality rights and, you have acquired from the third parties concerned all the intellectual property rights (copyright, neighbouring rights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, etc.), personality rights and, in general, all property rights of any nature whatsoever that may encumber the Post for the purposes of allowing the Post to be used by MUSEE GREVIN under the conditions described herein, (4) your Post does not infringe intellectual property rights, image reproduction rights, the privacy of individuals and, in general, the property rights of third parties, (5) your Post does not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, disparaging, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, racist, anti-Semitic, xenophobic, homophobic, violent, shocking, obscene, vulgar, pornographic or sexually suggestive, contrary to decency, paedophilic, child pornographic or constituting abuse or harassment, likely to harm underage in any form whatsoever or which would promote alcoholic beverages, tobacco, tobacco products, or any substance whose use or marketing is either restricted or prohibited in Belgium, (6) your Post does not violate any law, regulation and/or standard in force on Belgian territory, (7) you are vested with all powers and capacity to grant the rights that are the subject hereof.

The authorisation you grant us hereunder does not entail any obligation for MUSEE GREVIN. to broadcast your Post. MUSEE GREVIN reserves the right to remove your Post from the Media at any time for any reason and without prior notice.

You understand and agree that your Post may be the subject of public comments beyond the direct control of MUSEE GREVIN.  and not necessarily reflecting the opinion of MUSEE GREVIN. If MUSEE GREVIN.  collects and broadcasts Posts, MUSEE GREVIN. is not responsible for their content or their accuracy. You understand that you are exposing yourself to other posts that you may find offensive or otherwise objectionable. You understand and acknowledge that MUSEE GREVIN.  declines all responsibility for any damage of any nature whatsoever that you may suffer as a result of the dissemination of Posts and/or public comments of which it is not the author on the Media.

2. IMAGE REPRODUCTION RIGHT

You authorise MUSEE GREVIN.  to attribute your Post to you, to use your surname/first name/pseudonym, your image and your identifier/reply when broadcasting your Post on the Media, insofar as you have included this information in your Post. You declare and guarantee, without any reservation whatsoever, that (1) you have obtained the express authorisation of each identified or identifiable person appearing in your Post to reproduce, represent and disseminate their image as part of the dissemination by MUSEE GREVIN.  of your Post under the conditions described herein, (2) the dissemination of the Post on the Media does not in any way infringe their privacy and does not, more generally, cause them any harm.

3. PERSONAL DATA

By collecting your Post, MUSEE GREVIN.  collects and processes personal data belonging to you.

This data is processed for the purpose of broadcasting your Post on the Media. This processing, based on your consent, is carried out under the responsibility of MUSEE GREVIN. The recipients of the data are the company MUSEE GREVIN and its technical service providers for the purposes of this processing, as well as the companies operating the social networks Facebook, X, Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and Threads. The data is kept for the duration of the publication of your Post on the Media. You may stop the publication of your Post on the Media at any time by following the procedure described in point 1. a) and b) above. You have the right to access the data that concerns you, to have it rectified or deleted, to transfer it or have it transferred to a third party, to obtain the restriction of its processing or to object to its processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, with the withdrawal of your consent not affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. In this case, your Post will be removed from the Media. In the interests of confidentiality and personal data protection, MUSEE GREVIN reserves the right to ask you for proof of identity before responding to your request. Finally, you have the right to make a complaint to the Comission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) if you feel that your rights have not been respected.
