Paul Bocuse

Paul Bocuse is the icon of French gastronomy. His restaurant L'Auberge du pont in Collonges has kept its 3 Michelin stars for over 50 years! After having trained many chefs, he founded the prestigious cooking competition, the Bocuse d'Or. He was the first chef to be part of the Grévin collection. With the wax work of Paul Bocuse, the Grévin museum pays tribute to French gastronomy!

This Alsatian pastry chef and chocolate maker is famous for his delicious macaroons. Vogue magazine calls him the "Picasso of Pastry," for his audacity and the beauty of his creations. One of his best-sellers is the Ispahan rose-flavoured macaroon with fresh raspberries and lychees. The wax work of Pierre Hermé illuminates the Grévin museum with a touch of French gastronomy!

Anne-Sophie Pic

Anne-Sophie Pic is the first female chef to receive 3 Michelin stars. Granddaughter and daughter of starred chefs, she has taken over the family restaurant, la Maison Pic. She creates an inventive and refined cuisine combining new and complex flavours.  With the wax work of Anne-Sophie Pic, the Grévin museum pays tribute to French gastronomy!

A chef with an international reputation, his 3 restaurants have received 3 Michelin stars twice. He has created a real empire with more than 20 restaurants around the world but cooking remains his passion. Although keen on novelty, he remains attached to the cuisine of his origins, the Southwest and the Mediterranean.  With the wax work of Alain Ducasse, the Grévin museum pays tribute to French gastronomy!

Did you know?

Alain Ducasse visited us three times to follow the creation of his wax work from beginning to end. In front of him is placed one of his most iconic dishes in resin: a casserole of autumn vegetables. A team from Grévin museum went to the kitchens of the Plaza Athénée to follow the precise composition and placement of the vegetables.
